By rights if you caught it in time that should be enough to sort you and get your cells full of goodies to keep nasties out if this is not quite enough and you can get a Dr to give you Ivermectin as well then it compliments the treatment via its antiparasitic qualities highest dose allowable by your weight at 3 day intervals for dose one and two then weekly for the time it takes to clear.
