A Sydney woman was made to wait in a hospital car park for five hours while her mother died alone inside due to visitation COVID-19 protocols.
Ms Roberts, who is triple-vaccinated against COVID-19, was told her visiting exemption had expired and that she would have to wait outside until a new exemption was obtained.
The next day she waited for five hours until her exemption came through, but by the time the exemption came, her mother Shirley had passed away all alone.
