Russians in Ukrainian uniforms...? Citizens trying to flee west. Ukrainian military has no motive to harm its own civilians, but Russia has motivation to make the Ukrainian people turn against it’s government. Just saying. War is a dirty thing. People get caught in the middle of psychological manipulation.
